Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation, the amount already paid will be refunded in full or in part if the relevant period is rebooked, either fully or partially, by another guest. In such cases, the refund will be calculated according to the extent of the new booking.

We generally recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against possible cancellation costs.
