Casa Sul

The holiday home Casa Sul consists of an open living room with kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The house is attached to our other property, Casa Poente and surrounded by gardens. In front of the door there is a beautiful south-facing terrace. In the colder months, a wood-burning stove and electric radiators provide cosy warmth.

More information on: ValeDoGuizo*de The location: Our property is located on a hill overlooking the valley and is surrounded by cork oaks and pine forests. You can take beautiful walks in nature directly from the house. The first beaches and the wonderful nature reserve of the west coast are only 5 - 10 minutes away by car and can also be reached by bike. The two places Aljezur or Rogil are 5-10 minutes away by car and offer all necessary shopping facilities from the fish market to the supermarket as well as restaurants, banks and basic medical care. On the property we keep 2 cats and chickens, which are always an attraction especially for children.

We, Heike and Klaus Mader, have been living in Portugal since 1993 and will be happy to tell you which are the best beaches and the most beautiful excursion destinations.

Environment and sustainability: The electricity and hot water supply is largely covered by self-generated solar energy, providing a sustainable stay.

Die Lage: Unser Anwesen liegt auf einem sanften Hügel mit Blick ins Tal und ist umgeben von Korkeichen und Pinienwäldern. Sie können direkt vom Haus aus schöne Wanderungen in der Natur unternehmen. Die ersten Strände und das wunderbare Naturschutzgebiet der Westküste sind nur 5 - 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfern und können auch mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Die beiden Orte Aljezur oder Rogil sind 5-10 Autominuten entfernt und bieten alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Fischmarkt bis zum Supermarkt sowie Restaurants, Banken und medizinische Basisversorgung. Auf dem Grundstück halten wir 2 Katzen und Hühner, die insbesondere für Kinder immer eine Attraktion sind. Wir, Heike und Klaus Mader, leben schon seit 1993 in Portugal und verraten Ihnen gerne, welche die besten Strände und die schönsten Ausflugziele sind.
